✅Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using getqubit.in (the "Website"), placing an order, or requesting a quote, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GENESIS TECHTRON.

📺Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images on our website are accurate. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly
• Specifications are subject to change by manufacturers without notice
• We reserve the right to substitute components of equivalent or higher specification if the listed item is unavailable, with prior customer approval
• Custom PC builds are configured based on customer requirements; final specifications will be confirmed before assembly

₹Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation
• Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the price is locked
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Zero-cost EMI is available on select orders via partnered financial institutions
• GST invoices are provided for all purchases; GSTIN can be added at time of order

📋Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged by GENESIS TECHTRON.

• Pre-built orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to approval
• Custom PC build orders cannot be cancelled once assembly has commenced
• If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability, you will be offered a full refund or an equivalent alternative
• Invoices once issued cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, product descriptions, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of GENESIS TECHTRON or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.

⚠Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• GENESIS TECHTRON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question
• We are not responsible for data loss, software issues or compatibility problems arising from the use of components we supply
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, supplier failures — are outside our liability

⚖Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
