DOA (Dead On Arrival) — Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only for products that are defective or Dead On Arrival. Once a product leaves our facility in perfect working condition, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please review the DOA return windows below:

Days — Components

Individual components (GPU, CPU, RAM, SSD, PSU etc.) must be reported as DOA within 3 days of delivery.

Days — Full PC Sets

Complete PC systems (pre-built or custom built) must be reported as DOA within 7 days of delivery.

After DOA Window

After the DOA period, manufacturer's warranty applies. Service at the Brand's Authorised Service Centre.

To Claim a Replacement

  • Product must be Dead On Arrival (DOA) — defective from delivery
  • Product must not have been damaged while in your possession
  • Unboxing video is mandatory — must be recorded from the original sealed packaging at time of delivery
  • Must be returned in original packaging (brand box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card and all accessories)

General Return Rules

  • Once sold, products cannot be returned or exchanged unless DOA
  • Invoice cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason after issuance
  • Products must be in unused condition with all original seals intact for DOA claims
  • Replacement is subject to inspection and approval by our technical team

⚠ Not Covered Under Replacement

  • Physical damage caused by the customer (drops, spills, mishandling)
  • Misuse, overclocking beyond safe limits or unauthorised modifications
  • Tampering with or removal of warranty stickers or seals
  • Products reported after the DOA window (3 days for components, 7 days for full PC sets)
  • Missing unboxing video — no video means no DOA replacement claim
  • Software or OS-related issues unrelated to hardware defects
